WARD 5 TOWN HALL
Join us for our Fall Town Hall on Thursday, November 21 at 7:00 pm. We'll be meeting at Mary Phelan Catholic School on Bishop Court in the University Village Neighbourhood. Topics will include: DoLime Quarry plans, Zoning By-law Review, the 2020 Budget and an open Q & A.
ZONING BY-LAW REVIEW
Our Zoning By-law is one of the most important documents that guides growth and development in the city. What can you build and where . . . the shape of what our city looks like and how it functions. In fact, it's so big that we've broken up the public consultation meetings into smaller pieces.
For many residents in near-campus neighbourhoods, the subject of residential parking and driveway widths is a very important subject because a relaxing of current regulations could make way for more lot frontage with hard surfacing and less permeable surface on narrow lots.
